A collection of festive, pig-centric (shuffle kino and ya get oink) animations I created for my work’s social media channels.
Halloween 2024
This short is based around a spooky KINO haunted house filled with pig pun versions of the Universal Classic Monsters. After zooming into the house we encounter each monster in their own vignette. Count Porkula opens his coffin in a candlelit room. Bride of Porkenstein springs to life in a mad scientist’s lab. And The Wolfham stands in front of a full moon.

Winter 2023
We open with a snow man constructing himself and then meeting his untimely demise by rouge sledder. The rambunctious troublemaker continues sledding downhill and passes a festive holiday lodge. We zoom into the decor on the exterior and type animates in as a pig’s head pokes out of the wreath. This final illustration and type lockup was also used on our printed holiday cards.
The look for this entire animation began with our porky friend. Mr. Holiday Pig was originally designed as a concept for the 2022 holiday card. We ultimately went another direction, but he was set aside to be revisited the following year.

Halloween 2023
This animation begins with someone indulging in a sip and post of their pumpkin spice latte. The steam coming off the autumnal beverage turns into a ghost, which then flies towards us revealing a running trick or treater. Loose candy flying from their bag then bursts into a ‘Happy Fall’ greeting.
